The Weston Newcomers group was established many years to make the transition for new families moving to Weston easier by providing opportunities to meet new friends and acclimate to the community more quickly.  By forming this group, the league’s goal is to make the move to Weston a happy and positive experience for newcomers and members of their families. Newcomers can look forward to any adult and family events throughout the year.  Members are able to participate in any and all programs offered by the Newcomers group as well as events sponsored by the Women’s Community League.

Membership
Initial membership is open to those who are new to Weston. After joining, members can continue in Newcomers for up to four years.

The dues to join the Women’s Community League of Weston are $40 per year.  There are no separate dues to join the Newcomers group.  All members receive a directory of members that is distributed at the beginning of each year, as well as a monthly WCL newsletter with a calendar of upcoming events.
